🚨 Trace the Truth

❌ A Pakistan-linked propaganda account is falsely claiming that the Indian Army deliberately set fire to the homes of innocent Kashmiri civilians in Poonch district, portraying the incident as a human rights violation.

✅ FACT: A massive midnight fire broke out in Loran village of Poonch district during the intervening night of 12–13 October 2026, reportedly gutting three residential houses and damaging several shops.

✅ The Indian Army reportedly rushed to assist affected residents following the fire. The allegation that Army personnel deliberately burned civilian homes is contrary to the assistance provided to douse the fire.

❌ Misleading Pak-based social media accounts are circulating an old video, falsely claiming that armed troops were deployed across Delhi to crush peaceful protesters heading toward Jantar Mantar.

✅ FACT: The video reportedly shows NSG commandos deployed at Jagannath Puri as part of multilayered security arrangements. The footage is from 16 July and is being shared with a misleading narrative to spread disinformation.
