@Gatwick_Airport At it again - same boiler plate answer - have some pride, tell everyone the truth! You know exactly what has happened and where that plane is - stop feeding the Public rubbish
@Gatwick_Airport Corendon Airlines flight XR288 to Heraklion. HAS THIS BEEN CANCELLED? We need to know for the compensation under EU regulation EC 261. There is NO ONE at the Airport to help us! Corendon Airlines owe us compensation for delays, cancellations, or overbooking
@SophieA82003345@Gatwick_Airport They ran away so as not to face the music. I called their ‘Customer Service line serval times - they were useless and at best unhelpful- said the plane had a Technical Problem - I asked ‘where is your plane now?’ They did not know - how do you lose a huge bloody plane?!
@Corendon_Air@Gatwick_Airport Corendon & Gatwick. Today you have both caused unnecessary stress, frustration, panic & sadness for hundreds of people and their families. The forgotten of flight XR288. Are you proud of yourselves, is this the Brand image you crave? Respond please
@ThisIsMeehan@Gatwick_Airport Spot on - they all left before having to face the music, they knew THIS MORNING that plane was broken in Greece so going nowhere and yet more lies on that board - I’m contacting the CAA, ATOL and the press right now - tbh the insurance company has been great. Shame on you Gatwick
@Oa1317@Gatwick_Airport It’s a totally bloody shambles - an airline that could not careless and an Airport that wants to wash its hands of the problem.
