Shane Hennen intends to enter a global guilty plea for his cases in the Eastern District of New York and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the US Attorney for Eastern District of New York told a federal judge last week. Hennen was indicted for his alleged role in the NBA insider gambling case and the college basketball point-shaving scheme. His charges will be consolidated and moved to PA's Eastern District.

NEW: Robert Kraft pressuring Ed Sheeran to remove Macklemore hits differently once you know Jeffrey Epstein helped connect Kraft with Epstein’s own former lawyer during Kraft’s 2019 prostitution case.

The lawyer updated Epstein on Kraft’s defense and thanked him for his help. Epstein then warned of a “past issue with Kraft that may come to light.”
