1. Safran is same company whose manufacturered Jet Engines are fitted in Rafale fighter aircrafts.

2. ToT will help Bharat designing clean-sheet, high-thrust engine (producing 110KN of thrust) which will allow the AMCA Mk-2 to supercruise.

Supercruising allows a jet to go Supersonic (faster than the speed of sound). In short, Bharat to produce Fully Stealth Supersonic Rafales under #MakeInIndia with Dassault & Jet Engines for it with Safran, even allowing exports.
