Do yourself a favor. Take a little bit of time and invest it into your online presence. Specifically, where do you have accounts and how secure is your password.

@LindaLominger I keep a pair of scissors at my desk and often think “It would be a shame if anything happened to my Ethernet cable.” As things get worse throughout the day (and they always do), my focus shifts from the Ethernet cable to the fiber cable.
@DisgruntledGeni @choco_bit I’ve had so many angry customers that have gone to the Apple store to have their watch swapped to learn that it needs to be shipped and they could have just set it up from home
Some suggestions that I’d like to see added to the #BigRedFruitStand
“Reply All: I’m sorry, I think you have the wrong person”
“Full Boat Captain”
“Dealing with Ambiguity”
@BigRedFruitShop
@janeaaplseed@BigRedFruitShop Well damn, I wish I had something super crazy, but I figured it was more of an inside joke.
At least 10 years ago, Specialists in our market would compete to see how many “full boat” sales they would get.
Full Boat = Mac, APP, .Mac, One-to-one, and Pro Care
I just found this site and feel obligated to share one of the shirts from @BigRedFruitShop. I think my favorite is the #SessionDuration shirt.

@Rasta4i77 Retail @ Home is just a program where retail employees are helping assist Apple Care since most stores are limited on store hours and occupancy. Fundamentally there’s no difference between the advisors, but Retail @ Home is a group employers fillling in as Apple Care basically.
Questions for anyone that works at Apple Care full-time (not Retail@Home):
1. How long were you in each role before progressing?
2. Is that progression considered a promotion?
3. If yes: do you see a compensation increase? If no: when do you?
#applecare#retailathome
Many people stayed home and got paid to play video games. I offered to assist Apple Care in March, turning into a minimum year-long experience, progressing into a Senior Advisor role, and yet still making less than T1. I’m just really starting to feel under-appreciated.
@texpertprobs@probepolitely@30minute15@manyfacedgod47 It depends on your location pay scale. When we had the battery program, I recall the visiting advisors telling me their starting rate which was $1-2 more than I was making as a Genius
@texpertprobs@30minute15@manyfacedgod47 This can get confusing. Tiers are for AppleCare, Support levels are for retail. There actually is a tier 3 and tier 4 for Apple support which would be engineering roles, but they aren’t customer facing roles
