@enrichinglivez Sedgwick (and many other disability service providers) are incompetent at best. Had a short term leave in 2016 and lost two weeks of pay because they wouldn’t approve my return to work that was sent by my doctor a week before my scheduled return date.

@techexanon @DepotGenius Good! the less they contact you the better, they notate when you have a bad interaction (I.e. pushing back on wrong aux, taking 10 minutes to respond)
@techexanon @DepotGenius Yep they have a time management team, usually specially designated managers, that watch for Aux discrepancies between your schedule and your current aux, usually once it hits 5 minutes in wrong aux they message you.
