I need to stop constantly undereating and get my diet on point, so I decided I'm gonna track my diet here in this thread for more accountability, plus it will make sure that I actually open the app daily and post something

I'm currently 91 kg/ 200 lbs at 191 cm/ 6'3 , my goal is to slowly bulk and I will aim at 4k calories daily, maybe will adjust later. But based on my previous experience, my maintenance is around 3700

Also, just in case don't copy my diet you will get fat from it most likely, unless you have even higher metabolism
