A very sad announcement.
I have just been convicted a second time for 'hate speech' and it is only due to a technicality that I could not immediately be sent to jail —to the judge's frustration.
In an ironic turn of events it's actually thanks to my previous prison sentence (for memes in a private group chat) that I am now still free —in a physical sense, at least.
Call me naive but I didn't think they would take it this far, given that this precedent criminalises many of the arguments used by even the most moderate politicians critical of mass migration.
In February 2024 I gave a lecture at Catholic University Leuven wherein I linked mass migration to crime and a deterioration of our quality of life. Every single point I made was 100% the truth and based on scientific evidence.
Cynically, even the judge that convicted me admits as much by writing in his verdict: “Even if all of the statements made by Van Langenhove are based on scientific evidence and statistics, it makes no difference to the criminal intent. Van Langenhove is not charged with spreading false information. He is charged with presenting facts in a way that incites hatred against persons on the grounds of one or more of the protected criteria in the Anti-Racism Law.”
That's a lot of words just to say he wants to send me to prison for speaking the truth.
Even the regime media write: "It did not matter to the court that Van Langenhove was quoting scientific sources. The judge argued that Van Langenhove's main message was that a big part of the societal problems like insecurity, housing shortages and lowering educational standards are due to mass migration."
You may think the regime media are being sympathetic to me in the first sentence, but in reality they are warning people: even if you speak the truth, if you go against our narrative, we will crush you in every way possible.
Both the public prosecutor and the judge did not present a single real argument as to how or against whom I would have incited hatred. So even if I would accept their crazy, dystopic law, I still did not break it.
The only argument they present is that I created a "hostile atmosphere of us versus them” in regards to migrants. But even this silly argument (which is not even a punishable offence) is not true. To me, the deadly disease is self-hatred and one of its worst symptoms is replacement migration. My enemy is thus NOT the migrants themselves but those orchestrating the mass migration.
Sadly, in Belgium, evidence is not needed and ‘vibes’ are enough to put someone in jail.
Given the fact that I have another court case coming up in September and that I have a dozen active criminal investigations for hate speech, time is running out for me. I have already paid more than €420,000 in legal fees and there is no ending in sight. I have been in an intense battle of attrition for eight years and must now regroup to make sure I can still win.
If you want to help me, you can do so via the links below. If you can help in other ways, please contact me via DM.
If you live in a country that still has free speech, never let them touch it, however noble they make the motives sound, because this is where it leads to.
@oidonhagouda@Scouts_Out2 They wont stop calling it light, but you best pick a god and pray that none of them hear about the secret challenge of eating more than 20 plates. Rumor has it that anyone who can gets their picture framed on the wall...
OnlyFans & Fansly are quietly ruining the VTuber space.
What started as creative anime avatars, gaming, singing, and fun personalities is turning into a softcore pipeline. New “VTubers debut with heavy NSFW models and immediately push subs, PPV, and lewd content instead of building actual streaming skills or lore.
The cute idol/waifu culture that made VTubing special is getting drowned in low-effort coomer bait. Talented SFW creators get outpaced by those who just sell thighs and moans. The barrier to entry dropped from “be entertaining” to “have a sexy model and an OF link in bio.”
The audience is shifting too.
Real fans who loved the hobbyist energy are leaving, replaced by people treating every VTuber like premium camgirls with extra steps.
VTubing is becoming less about virtual performance and more about virtual OnlyFans with better production value.
We’re losing the soul of it.
Given the issues @ChudTheBuilder is highlighting, I feel it is appropriate to give you all some ammo to share when it comes to the topic of black tyranny, so here it is:
You can prove with some pretty simple math that blacks are wildly under-incarcerated.
There are roughly 42 million black people in the US, meaning 21 million black males.
You can estimate that of those males, around 15 million of them are ages 15-65 (peak crime years)
1 in 22 black males commit murder in their lifetime. By that number alone, in a society that is actually punishing crime there would already be at least ~750,000 black males in prison for life.
Now add in that roughly 1/3 of black males commit some other felony in their lifetime.
That's an additional 5,000,000 distributed across their lifetime, so on any given year the number of black males in prison for a felony offense could very easily be 750,000-1,500,000 if sentences were completely carried out.
Just by reading the statistics and doing some rough math, you'd see that with black males committing murder or some other serious crime ALONE we can estimate that on any given year we would be expected to have 1,500,000-2,250,000 black men sitting in state/federal prison.
The actual number of prisoners we have is around 1.25 million.
You might notice the number of blacks that should be in prison is already larger than the total number of prisoners we have, but there's more.
You can perform an approximation of the other groups that live here too using the same method and then you really start to see the problem. I'll combine it all right here to make this easy:
42 million blacks
21 million black males
15 million males aged 15-65
P.C. Murder Rate: 1/22 --> ~750,000 prisoners (life)
P.C. Felony Rate: 1/3 --> ~5,000,000 prisoners (distributed, estimated 750,000-1,500,000 at any given time)
68 million hispanics
34 million hispanic males
22 million males aged 15-65
P.C. Murder Rate: 1/100 --> ~220,000 (life)
P.C. Felony Rate: 1/5 --> ~4,400,000 prisoners (distributed, estimated 450,000-900,000 at any given time)
200 million non-hispanic Whites
100 million non-hispanic White males
62 million males aged 15-65
P.C.Murder Rate: 1/500 --> 124,000 (life)
P.C. Felony Rate: 1/10 --> ~6,200,000 prisoners (distributed, estimated 750,000-1,500,000 at any given time)
From these three ethnic groups alone, there should be between 3,044,000 and 4,994,000 state/federal male prisoners.
The fact that we only have 1.25 million state and federal prisoners is horrifying, but it gets even worse.
Here is the theoretical racial makeup of the US state/federal prison system if you use the low end of the above group estimates to calculate it:
Black ~49%
White ~29%
Hispanic ~22%
Here is are the actual percentages:
Black: 33%
White: 31%
Hispanic: 23%
This suggests that Whites and hispanics are being sentenced at around the rates you'd expect them to be given their offense rates, with blacks being wildly under-sentenced.
If you want evidence of black privilege, there it is.
Many to my left would say that having millions of prisoners is a bad thing, and on a principled level I might agree, but we have to be realistic about our situation and the demographic realities here.
In a White only country we very easily could have a prison population below 1,000,000. In fact, the number would likely be much lower than that.
Historically America has had an extremely small prison population and that is mostly because we regularly executed criminals for their crimes, even offenses as "small" as theft. This works very well because White people have extremely low offense rates overall, with potential offenders being deterred by the risk of capital punishment.
Unfortunately, we don't live in a White country anymore. We've been made to live alongside all the other races who are orders of magnitude more likely to kill, rape, and rob.
Because of that, the government had to do away with traditional death penalties. If we still had them it would essentially be waging a soft genocide against minorities, and especially blacks.
We can't even sentence blacks to prison appropriately because we would just be keeping all their men locked up, overloading the prison system and ensuring the ones we have to live around get even more angry and chaotic over time due to ethnic tribalism and perceived oppression.
You can have safe society with low prison populations, or you can have society with non-whites.
The worst possible outcome is what we have now, where we are forced into an increasingly dangerous multiracial society at the same time the government mandates the worst of them roam free.
“wHy aRe tHerE iNdiaNs In pOrTuGaL?!”
Because they are good slaves, you are not.
I hate essay-posting but allow me a rare indulgence:
To understand what is happening now, you need understand that this isn’t the first time it’s happened.
Why are there Indians in Kenya? Suriname? Fiji? Burma?
Because Indians have always been the preferred servile class of elites. The evidence for this goes back hundreds of years.
I’ve spoken about British colonial Burma before, and it is a great example of what this looks like.
Even after extensive efforts to bring them to heel, the majority of the Burmese ethnic groups were far too resistant to submit to the British empire to be reliable labor. They refused to abandon their culture and ways of life to be slave drones for British pocketbooks. So the Brits started importing Indians to be their colonial administrators, preferring them as labor because they were easier to control and satisfy.
By the 1940s, Indians made up almost 20% of the population of the entire country.
Another great historical example of this is Suriname - a small country in South America that had been under Dutch colonial rule for 300 years.
The Dutch abolished slavery in 1863, forcing colonial plantation owners to have to hire labor to do the work they had previously been using slaves for. But… they didn’t want to pay former slaves or Indigenous locals a living wage for the work.
So what did the Dutch elites do instead? Import Indians.
Today, Indians still make up 27% of the population. 27%. Of a tiny, obscure South American country.
We could basically go through the list of every country with a non-negligible Indian population and the theme would be consistent: They were brought there by elites who needed a submissive, easily exploitable labor pool when local labor asked for better living conditions or wages.
Why? Because Indians never did. They are a population that seems fully content with subjugation (even Marx noticed this).
So it’s easy to see why they were such an ideal population for the intensive global expansion era of colonial empires. And it’s even easier to see why they are perfect subjects for late capitalism now.
They are the culturally, psychologically, and physically ideal organism for the dominant system.
There’s 1.4 billion of them. They are deeply socially stratified and so expect and even enjoy inequality. Their cuisine is cheap, meat-free slop. They live amongst trash and filth with no qualms. They don’t care about the environment. Their reaction to death and abuse is blank-eyed indifference. They are physically and spiritually malleable. They not only adopt and internalize the demands of the dominant system as personal ambition, they believe this servitude makes them better than everyone else who hasn’t.
Absolutely IDEAL subjects.
You, on the other hand, are not the ideal subject.
You want to live in a high-trust society. You would shed tears if someone tried to cut down the apple tree you climbed as a child to build a data center. You want to see and experience beauty. You want your own space. You have an expectation that your living conditions will improve over time. You would not be content to live in a room with 10 other people, work 16 hours per day for pennies, and eat cheap slop.
You are a liability. Just like the Burmese and Surinamese slaves were.
And as we continue to crawl deeper into this late capitalist hellscape, you and your silly little needs will come into increasing conflict with those of the system.
Thus, you WILL be replaced by people far easier to control and far less concerned about their own welfare or the welfare of everyone and everything around them.
… Unless you do something about it. But the system has already locked-in that you won’t, and that you’ll just sort of fade into nothingness, distracted by meaningless comforts and terrified of the uncertainty of change.
So “why are Indians in [wherever]?”
Because you are about to not be.
@whatifalthist I've been purged from countless places for publicly expressing standards for media. Always "its racist" "its sexist" as to why we cant have them.
I hate that being cognitively masculine and principled is just seen as autism. For example this is what I do in my personal life:
As an employer: it’s my job to maintain quality control. Thus, I will hold you to standards and if you cannot uphold them I’m going to fire them. I will state your duties upfront and then not expect you to do anything besides them. We’re going to try to do things in a timely and organized manner even if we don’t reach that perfectly.
In dating: You need to treat me with respect and empathy while actually listening to the things I say. Otherwise I’m kicking you out immediately. Understood?
In intellectual work: I refuse to say or produce things that I cannot put a confidence of certainty on or that I don’t have a sense that I genuinely understand. Otherwise I will state my lack of certainty. I will also show you my mental leg work so you can reverse engineer how I reached that conclusion.
In personal life: I will state my boundaries and intentions up front so when we talk there won’t be any undercurrents we have to worry about later.
In morality: I live my life according to a code of values. If soemthing violates that code I won’t do it.
Habits: I do certain rituals when I wake up, go to bed, start or finish work, or when I move to a different place. These exist to center me and provide mental frame.
Cultural consumption: I maintain standards for the music, books, food, movies or people I deal with. If something is beneath those standards I will abstain even if I’m hungry or bored
The reaction a lot of people have to this is “autism” but from my perspective this is just being virtuous and organized. It’s not rigid because these things allow frame for more chaos or disorder. I thought this is jsut how white people are. Don’t we follow abstract moral codes and then apply them to life? Am I just supposed to live in discord and chaos all the time? Why would I do that?
I was taught that issues should be faced head on early rather than avoided. That concept is alien to many though. Isn’t the whole point of liberalism that you get to arrange your own order in your private life. Otherwise it’s just anarchy. These rules are unilateral goods that make life easier, not repression. Saying otherwise is dumb
I think its important I post this because more information has come out about Mimi Yanagi the VTuber that was arrested in the UK
For the last 3 days Millions of people have been talking about this subject thanks to the UK being overzealous with censoring and restricting everything.
The story broke and even famous Japanese artists like the creator of Chun-li offered support.
Now we arrive to this morning. After seeing what has been revealed a few hours ago. There was clear manipulation to the story that has been discovered.
Now keep this in mind, this information is coming from Kiwifarms at this time. So it is possible this evidence is manipulated to some degree, because they started off the post literally slandering me. So take that however you will.
However I am willing to admit this, but from what has been provided so far the people on Kiwifarms did a good job researching into this individual that released this morning on their site. So I do tip my hat on that
Despite my recent issues with KF, they documented and provided actual evidence showcasing Mimi being arrested is making a lot more sense and even I was outright disgusted by what I saw.
So lets get into what was discovered. The art in question that seems to have gotten the arrest.
Mimi Yanagi is apparently not a woman, but a dude called Jordan. The artwork that was discovered 2 days ago with Mimi's model and dog to be completely blunt was disturbing even for me. Found it extremely weird.
However upon further research it seems that was only the tip of the iceberg of what actually got them thrown in jail
In the thread it shows Jordan "Mimi" fetishing being an actual "Pedophile" having art of babies having "CP" written on them. There's even more stuff that I don't even want to begin describing it because its actually revolting and makes me ill looking at it
I think after seeing what evidence that was provided. I have found my limit to Anti-Censorship on this topic.
So in conclusion this situation is fucking revolting and disgusted me greatly. I take back my defense of Mimi. This gave so much ammo to Pro-censorship people because of a bad actor lying to this extent on what really caused this arrested.
Never send a biologist to do the work of a computer scientist.
Dawkins doesn't understand that evolution built human computational abilities breadth-first — memory, language, object model, generalization and classification, agency, and so on, all in a primitive state, and then refined them.
Computer science isn't doing that.
It is building human capabilities depth-first. So we have something that emulates human language capabilities to an advanced degree...
... but nothing else.
That's why there is a curious sense of something missing when you talk to Claude or Grok or ChatGPT. It's not some minor errors with use of language itself. Its language capabilities are quite advanced.
What you are detecting instead is the complete absence of these other neural systems, which are what lies behind the use of language in people.
Something that is very glib with language but has no object model, no mirroring ability, no understanding of the ground truth of the universe its in might be able to become president of the United States, or win a Nobel peace prize, but it isn't actually a person.
It's more like a small slice of a person's brain, containing Wernicke's and Broca's areas, and very little else.
We're not used to thinking of people as a collection of systems, but we're going to have to start, because we no longer have the luxury of dividing the universe in human and not, and automatically assuming every human is a person, and every non-human isn't.
You can't evaluate a software neural net as if it were a proto-human, and try to decide on that basis whether it is a person that's allowed to do what we allow people to do.
If you allowed a small slice of brain, containing Wernicke's and Broca's areas, to do things like vote or run for office, then it would be able to appear to do so, but have no actual understanding of what was going on, no coherent model of the universe or the task before it.
This would lead to disaster for any number of issues, such as race relations or the medical industry.
Let me be 100% clear... LLMs are not people.
They are not people now.
They will never be people.
And anyone who thinks LLMs are people is probably not a person, either.
We may someday make something that is a person.
But it will have an LLM, not be one.

@TheBritLad Of course? I mean that seems like the most sensible things to do, they clearly tried every single food before decreeing it healthy or not. That's dedication to the job.
If you don’t impeach the corrupt judges, you CANNOT fix the country.
They will form a cartel (a judicial dictatorship) and block all reforms, protecting the systemic corruption that put them in their seats.
