@MrRoja1 @IanECox The separate but equal clause was an "equal treatment" interpretation. English common law spoke of equality of all men yet sanctioned colonialism. It is only until the antidiscrimiantion principles were adopted in the mid 20th C that we saw all the social progress. So, wrong.
