Today marks the vibrant start of Africa's premier machine learning and AI event, gathering over 1,000 participants at the University of Rwanda's Kigali Campus.

Under the powerful theme “Urunana – Hand in Hand for AI in Africa,” Day 1 was dedicated to welcoming our diverse community and our first sessions on Machine Learning Foundations and Generative Models.

We're looking forward to building on the success of past Indabas in South Africa 🇿🇦 , Kenya 🇰🇪, Tunisia 🇹🇳, Ghana 🇬🇭, and Senegal 🇸🇳, fostering a collaborative and inspiring environment dedicated to empowering Africans as active contributors and leaders in AI.
