@MTNza Thirdly, you made us pay an exorbitant R2300 for a router because this 'special deal' only worked on that 'special' router. But we checked and my wife's MTN sim gives the same or higher download speed on an ordinary MTN connection with prepaid data. Con artists?

@MTNza Another issue: You advertised a special home WiFi deal with 'first month free'. We paid a hugely inflated price for the router to get that. Never got a single MB for 'free'. Where is our free data?

@MTNza I demand an explanation for this: We switch off the router (bought at an exorbitant price from MTN) when we go to bed. Every morning I switch it on and your MTN app shows a few 100 MB data used during the night when NOTHING was connected. Today it is 193 MB.
