Who remembers when the US Census overcounted population-losing blue states—HI, MA, MN, NY, RI, DE—and undercounted mostly red ones—AR, FL, MS, TN, TX, and IL—affecting the reallocation of congressional seats?

Texas was undercounted by 2% and cheated out of an additional seat in Congress then. Arkansas’ population was undercounted by a whopping 5.04%.

The 2022 midterms were the first elections following reapportionment of such seats and redrawing of districts per that Census. The revelations came too late to affect congressional reapportionment despite growing Republican states meriting the representation.

Another “error” around that time led to 50,000 asylum files disappearing from the Executive Office for Immigration Review, creating the illusion of a reduced backlog of claims…when the backlog had actually grown (and wildly more since then).

Most Americans are still unaware that the census counts ALL people, including illegal immigrants, for deciding how many House seats each state gets!

This results in Dem states getting roughly 20 more House seats, which is another strong incentive for them not to deport illegals.

🚨 Today, I secured a preliminary injunction against an attempt by the Biden Administration to illegally redirect statutorily obligated funds away from the construction of a border wall.
