एकही समय पर साल के 365 दिन उपस्थित होना असम्भव है।यदि कोई शिक्षक 8:30 के बजाय 8:31 पर पंहुचता है तो उसे अनुपस्थित मानते हुए उस दिन का वेतन काट लियाजाएगा जिसकी वजह से वह टेंशन मे आजायेगा और बच्चो को पढ़ाने मे मन नही लगा पाएगा
