@ActivationPrdts Hello. Why does my new bottle of ease magnesium say it only has 20 mg/ml of magnesium. This is much less than the 22 mg per spray it still says on your website. Is this a printing error ? Is the 22 mg per spray on the website still the correct amount per spray ?

@MedicalLabLadyG I have a question I hope you can answer. If I am taking 33 mg a day heme iron, how many days before the test do I have to stop taking them to get an accurate ferritin( iron storage capacity) test to get an accurate result ? If I dont stop higher are the results ?

@nihardesai7 I have a question I hope you can answer. If I am taking iron supplements how many days before a ferritin test do I have to stop them so I get an accurate ferritin test ? And if I dont stop before the test how much higher are the results than they should be ? Thanks

@cerascreen Does someone have to stop supplementing with iron to get an accurate Ferritin result ? Also are there different types of Ferritin tests where it may be true for one test and not for another and how long must one stop supplementing before taking your test. Thanks

@NHSuk Just wondering why the NHS only recommends 8.7 mg of Iron per day for men? It appears that austrailia recommends the same amount. Where as Canada/USA recommends 16 mg a day or more for men. I am just wondering why such a difference between countries ? Thanks
