This 'red coat manager' at DTW was one of the worst customer service encounters I've ever had. It is shameful he has zero understanding of the job or basic customer service.

was stuck in an airport for over 12 hrs, @delta at DTW counter wouldn't honor a taxi service home. Was supposed to lamd at 1030pm yesterday. It is now 930am and I am spending more $$$ just to get home for THEIR ISSUE.

Car Rental is closed, there is no hot food and TSA is gone, @Delta has left us high and dry with multiple unsafe planes.
