In just the past few days on Skid Row, 1 civilian had to rescue a stolen dog from an unhinged man, 1 cat was rushed to the vet with an open wound filled with maggots, 1 puppy was rushed to the vet, 1 overlybred French was abandoned, 1 dog was found living in a suitcase, a group of puppies were being sold, 1 dog was found pregnant again after her previous litter was sold to homeless people, 1 neglected dog is living in feces with a mentally unwell person, 1 puppy has stopped eating because he’s so sick, 1 dog was being beat up on camera, and there's still one more day left.
