@BajajAllianzLIC Just had a call from Badal Chaban, and he confirmed that my correspondence address has been updated. He asked me to look at the app, but upon checking, the address has not been updated yet. Why give fake calls without any updation giving fake assurance to customers.

It appears that Bajaj Allianz  focus on customer engagement diminishes significantly once a policy is purchased. Once customer makes payment their efforts seem directed solely towards acquiring new customers.
