All my life I’ve respected every religion and I continue to do so, lately we are being accused of being Islamaphobic just because we are clear that we don’t want these foreigners coming into our country with their extremist beliefs and ways of life… South African Muslims are not like them and that’s why we have lived together as one all along!!!

Also, I’ve been on social media for a very very long time and almost every single religion has been criticised and has trended for all the negative things people don’t like about it…

I remember Catholics trending negatively when the Pope died… people said all kind of things, it wasn’t called Catholicaphobia?

I remember AmaNazareth trending for Fanta and marriages of young girls… people made such a mockery of this religion and some people still do but it’s not Shembephobia?

I remember abasindisiwe trending for the Pastors lavish lives and false prophets and prophecies… until today ppl call them names and call them very evil but it’s not called Christianaphobia?

In all of these instances not even one of these occasions are called a PHOBIA… Infact the arguments and insults would go on for days without anyone claiming it’s because they are hated or whatever! I don’t understand why ppl can question, criticise and doubt other religions without being labelled but in this case it’s considered Hatred and a phobia?
