The first 5 issues I would personally tackle

1. I would solve the electricity problem permanently, stable power inevitably boosts the economy.

2. I would reduce the cost of food and living, subsidize and heavily invest in agriculture, local manufacturing of essentials and cut excess waste.

3. I would end insurgency and insecurity, there would be a complete force reform and overhaul.

4. I will provide free public transportation in every sphere of the country, increase minimum wage by x4-5 and slash fuel prices to ease the burden on citizens.

5. I would reform the entire healthcare sector, invest heavily in primary healthcare and equip public hospitals to state of the art, mandate every local government have a state of the art public hospitals and make basic treatment and care free and accessible to my citizens.

These 5 areas I would solve within 4 years.
