As someone who's worked with children and survivors of abuse, I finally read why MAGA is so invested in the Epstein files and pedophilia-obsessed when their policies are so damaging to that very group. Like, why pizza-gate? So random. Why "Sound of Freedom"? Why the weird fixation with zero solutions and only harmful policies for those very survivors? Seems they think there's a conspiracy that an ultra-rich and powerful "cabal" is involved in sex trafficking. Um. That's not a conspiracy. That's how it is and has been from Ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome onwards: ultra-rich and powerful men who will suffer no consequences exploiting the vulnerable. Next you'll tell me there's a conspiracy that corporations don't care about worker's rights.

Literally, MAGA's leader is a felon convicted of assault with many more allegations he's settled or buried. He ran teen beauty pageants while best friends with Epstein. It's public info he went to the island several times. And still they wonder why Trump is burying this? I believe I'm not exaggerating when I say that the rest of us know what kind of people, if not who, will be listed. Even if the list is released, sadly, what are the chances they will be prosecuted. Maybe a few skewered by public opinion at most. What's the mystery here? What am I missing?

Since we are in opinion land my take is that while a beautiful film, La La Land is a musical for people who don’t watch musicals. Nothing earth shattering. Idk anyone who knows a song from it. And loving musicals, I knew the ending as soon as they got together. Just like Past Lives is K drama for people who don’t watch K dramas. Again just my hot take.

And she’s totally allowed to feel like this. Race has never been an issue for white people because duh why would it be.
