@Nedbank I have been to Brooklyn mall. Twice today and they still do not have feedback for me. I would assume that since Nedbank did not notify me on the closure of my account they would at least have the decency of activating my account as I provided all the documents. Hmm the horror

@Nedbank No assistance whatsoever or even offer to escalate the issue. The horror. I went to the branch and already gave my documents and verified but no activation. And why did I not get notification prior.
