@DrAshaThomson London is beautiful and soothing for the soul. The river Thames, the parks. The historic buildings in heart of the old city the galleries l. But sadly our busy lives can rob us of these. Plan rucksack travel card and no phone and plenty of time for a coffee and a walk

@MarkGaze For me it's about control as your 'work' role is under the influence of your employers your non work role defined as 'life' is still influenced by work. The trick is to mitigate how work role influences your time outside work. I think we need the separation to ensure the balance
