@fisheryfocus Challenging. If not Chinese vessels it’s Javanese vessels. Whichever it is it needs to be sustainable, tax paid to cover monitoring, compliance & surveillance, and local fishers need access, eventual part ownership & protection. Sadly more politics & greed than just fish in play
