Vader died on Endor. Anakin was raised from the dead one last time to give up control and do the one thing he always failed at: saving someone he loved
@SaddamTransfem They’re like edgy teen boys making dead baby jokes but it’s even more pathetic since they’re using cartoons to make their point and acting like they are the “chad” for being an antisocial weirdo
@DarthK4iser The very reason people think human sacrifice is bad is because of Judaism and Christianity(and Romans thinking it was savage. Although a big part of that came from their republican values and even then they did do it from time to time.
@JustinusRomanus@crawlings13 I wouldn’t mind that as a mainline Protestant. Personally while I like some orthodox ideas, I’ve come around to the idea that culturally and ethically my ideas ultimately do emerge from that catholic/western mix. The eastern mix is just a different culture
@crawlings13 It drives me crazy when they say that. “We will have unit when you agree we are 100% right .” This is also said to Protestants who usually concede a few points (transub and being open to the idea of some Marian dogmas)
@77_lyon Very interesting. My gut reaction is that Chinese emperors were more likely to see china in an insular way so running away was akin to death whereas realms were a bit more flexible in Europe
@FanOfUzakiChan They always gave me more scheming Chinese official/eunuch vibes. If they were meant to be Japanese stereotypes they’d have a bigger warrior culture not commerce
