”This is how I am, this is what I do.” :) Delightfully cozy #WeJazz2021 gig at @Kahvilasavy yesterday. Teppo Mäkynen playing drums over an ambient electronic track he had prepared. Felt like a full concert, not like an extended drum solo. And nothing wrong with long drum solos :D

Odysseus festival by @wejazzhelsinki kicked off with a great gig from Eero Koivistoinen Quartet. Timo Lassy Trio presented stellar material from their upcoming album, and Y-OTIS treated the audience with their liquid jazz and choppy rhythms. Fantastic start!
