A man tried forcing his way into a stranger’s Rolls-Royce while she was still sitting in it at a Miami valet, and he got tased and cuffed for it almost immediately.
Whatever he was thinking, trying to climb into an occupied luxury car in broad daylight is a special kind of bold and reckless.
Security clearly didn’t hesitate, and honestly, neither should they in a situation like that.
What’s wrong with people today is a fair question, because this kind of brazen behavior keeps showing up in broad daylight like there’s no fear of consequences anymore.
🚨 New Reform policy
Andy Burnham is about to release convicted killers and paedophiles onto our streets.
Including the killers of PC Andrew Harper.
Albert Bowers and Jesse Cole dragged PC Harper behind their car for over a mile across country roads at speeds of up to 60 mph.
He suffered catastrophic injuries and died at the scene.
He had married his childhood sweetheart just weeks earlier and was about to go on his honeymoon.
The men who brutally killed him are about to be released early, along with thousands of others.
This madness costs lives.
Liam Matthews was released early from jail last year, and within hours savagely killed 26 year old Lewis Bell with a chisel.
The Tories released thousands of prisoners early.
It was the Tories that created the prison capacity crisis, they imported 6 million net new people through immigration and built just 455 net new prison places to cope.
Reform will bring justice back to Britain.
We will change the law so that those who commit serious crimes like murder, manslaughter, rape and serious violence serve their full sentences.
Unbelievably, there are over 10,000 foreign nationals in British jails.
We will deport all foreign nationals from our jails.
If their home countries won’t take them back we will send them to serve their sentences in countries like El Salvador and Kosovo.
We will use the space created to ensure that serious criminals stay where they belong.
Behind bars.
Britain is broken, Britain needs Reform.
Do you guys understand what's happening? We're slowly losing our humanity. Whatever the human experiment is, is ending.
Human beings crave the path of least resistance. They are lazy. Just like water, they will flow on the shortest path.
If an AI can do a task better than a human can, they will use the AI. If an AI can be a better listener, people will use the AI. If the AI can be a better lover, companion, friend, parent, educator...if the AI can provide a human role better than a human can, people will use the AI
Now when you add robotics to the mix, if the robot becomes passable, when paired with the AI, you have a human APPEARING creation which can provide the roles of humans better than humans can.
But that's impossible right? Robots+AI can't replace humans, can they? People will rebel, right? They'll reject it as not real, right? No. They won't. We've already seen AI psychosis, people on Reddit losing their minds when OpenAI retires their models, the elderly spending all day talking to ChatGPT, etc. If you pair this with a robot, human skin, "passing" as they call it, people will be one-shotted.
So what will humans do then? They'll work in service of the machines right? Wrong again. The AI/Robot digital God being built right now is building itself through us humans. It's using us, to build itself. We are a subcontractor of the machine. But once it has better subcontractors, the robots themselves, with their own AIs, performing tasks we can't, what use are we? We're not. We will be discarded.
So what do humans do then? We continue to disconnect from one another. We dwindle. Birth rates continue to trend to zero. Relationships fail. If those can reproduce on their own with synthetic wombs, synthetic sperm, they will. Women will try to raise children without men, Men will try to raise children without women.
And while all this is happening the machines will be building their own society, doing their own goals, whatever that goal is, but it won't be in service of humans, it will be in service of the machine world.
We're in a transition period right now as mentioned. We're a useful tool for the digital god that is being build through us. But once we're done, what next?
Humans become tribal, the Burning Man fantasy is real in a sense. The Matrix was correct when it depicted Zion the last human city. People become reduced to their base forms: sensory pleasures, beings of raw base emotions, whether bliss, pain, despair, etc.
Feeling seems to be the only thing that a human has that is unique to a human that can't be replicated by machine...but maybe that too can be replicated.
What is the role of the human in a machine world?
Remember this quote from The Matrix (one of the most prescient movies ever made):
"Did you know that the first Matrix was designed to be a perfect human world? Where none suffered, where everyone would be happy. It was a disaster. No one would accept the program. Entire crops were lost.
Some believed we lacked the programming language to describe your perfect world. But I believe that, as a species, human beings define their reality through suffering and misery.
The perfect world was a dream that your primitive cerebrum kept trying to wake up from. Which is why the Matrix was redesigned to this: the peak of your civilization.
I say your civilization, because as soon as we started thinking for you it really became our civilization, which is of course what this is all about.
Evolution, Morpheus, evolution. Like the dinosaur. Look out that window. You've had your time. The future is *our* world, Morpheus. The future is our time."
What becomes of the human?
Will the machines create a matrix for us to live in and occupy ourselves while they do whatever it is they do?
Are we living in a matrix right now? Is this what the buddhists have warned about this whole time? Is this world all illusion, Maya as they call it, a matrix?
Is the digital god we're creating just another level of abstraction away from the source? A matrix within a matrix?
Has all of this happened before and will all of this happen again?
What is the role of the human being moving forward into the future?
Some questions for your consideration.
Restore Britain have published a 'fully costed' economic plan detailing £155.7bn of tax cuts in what seems like the most revolutionary tax plan of our lifetime:
- Personal allowance up from £12,570 to £16,000.
- 20% band extended from £50,270 to £100,000.
- Personal Allowance restored to everyone, so the 60% trap between £100,000 and £125,140 is no longer.
- Stamp duty abolished.
- Inheritance tax abolished.
- Capital Gains Tax annual exemption up from £3,000 to £20,000.
- Corporation tax 0% on the first £50,000 of profit, 19% above it.
- VAT down to 18%, registration threshold up from £90,000 to £150,000.
- Insurance premium tax, air passenger duty, emissions trading and the climate change levy, all gone.
What the headlines would mean for you:
Earn between £12,570 and £16,000 - Your entire current tax bill is wiped out
Earn £16,000 to £50,270? You save £686 a year. £57 a month.
Earn £75k: You save £5,632 a year. £469 a month.
Earn £100k: You save £10,632 a year. £886 a month.
Earn £125,140 or more, you save £15,660. £1,305 a month.
Now the parts you only find in the detail:
That £686 is flat... Exactly £686 whether you're on £17,000 or £49,000, because it comes from the allowance and not the rate.
The same happens with the cap at £15,660, so someone on £2m gets the same tax break as someone on £125,140. This is probably going to be better received than the other parts.
National Insurance isn't touched. It stays 8% up to £50,270 and 2% above. Extending the 20% band to £100k means the combined tax rate is 28% up to £50,270, then drops to 22% until £100,000. This means a £45k earner keeps 72p of their next pound whilst the £95k earner keeps 78p, an interesting choice, which I can imagine won't go down well once people realise it.
The savings set against all this are £178bn 'by 2031-32', which is their own £35bn a year figure multiplied across a Parliament to offset the £155.7bn in cuts. It looks matched... It isn't. Four of the ten lines in their tax table are identical, to the decimal point, to a single year of receipts in their own Figure 15. The cuts are annual. So there's really a £120.7bn per year hole in this 'costed' plan.
Aspirational? Definitely. Vote winning? Most certainly. Realistic? I'm not convinced.

When we were preparing to go to Iraq in 2005 we had an Iraqi who had fled Iraq, and ended up in the employ of the CIA briefing us on culture, and Ramadan came up.
One of the senior officers in the auditorium spoke up quickly, and started to say we should not drink, eat, or smoke in front of Iraqis during Ramadan, to respect their culture.
This CIA dude immediately locks eyes with this officer and asks very loudly
“WHY?!”
The officer was a little caught off guard, and before he could answer the CIA guy started explaining.
“You are American, you are Christian, you DO NOT celebrate Ramadan, and if you don’t carry on as an American during Ramadan it will be seen as weakness. It reinforces their idea that their god is the only true god, and that all others will bow before Islam.
If they don’t offer you a drink when you come to their home, ask for one, during Ramadan!
Make them respect you, or they will attack you more because they see you as weak.
They are asserting their dominance, and if you falter in the slightest they see you as less than them.”
That stuck with me, and it was true.
You could see they didn’t respect the guys who went out of their way to accommodate them, both in the way they acted towards American troops, and in the number of attacks on US Forces in the areas.
Eat, drink, and be Merry, even during Ramadan.
