Recently a person in jinja was telling me how they are buying a Jerry can of water at Ushs 2000

In wakiso town council the residents have spent 3 solid months without a single drop of water from @nwscug but no leader at any level has raised that issue. Like i don't why they even voted. Very useless leaderd at all levels
