Coming Soon, Allah willing: The Ruling on Making Images of Animate Beings by our Shaykh, Al-Allamah Muqbil ibn Hadi al-Wadi’i - may Allah grant him mercy.
The Prophet ﷺ said, “Indeed, the people most severely punished on the Day of Resurrection are the image-makers” (Al-Bukhari and Muslim).
In The Ruling on Making Images of Animate Beings, our Shaykh, al-‘Allamah Muqbil ibn Hadi al-Wadi’i, examines the issue of image-making according to the methodology of the people of hadith. He returns throughout to the foundation of the religion: “Allah said” and “the Prophet ﷺ said.”
Drawing upon these two Revelations and the statements of the scholars, the Shaykh presents a careful study of an issue that has become widespread in our time. Allah willing, many readers will come away from this book reconsidering their views on images. May Allah reward the Shaykh abundantly and place this work in the scale of his good deeds.
“Among those trials with which the Muslims have been afflicted is the fitnah of images. No house is free of it. It has even reached the Bedouins in the mountain passes and on the mountaintops. The reason for this is the complacency of Muslims regarding their religion.” —Al-‘Allamah Muqbil ibn Hadi al-Wadi’i
One of my favorite Tafsīr resources; authentic, abridged tafsir compilation recommended by Sh Abd Al ‘Azīz āl Al-Shaykh (رحمه الله) and Sālih āl Al-Shaykh. Now fully available in English audio. You won't be disappointed!

@hiwabusally@Muhammad_KR25 Where did you derive this principle we are gentle with the Muslims?
Yk the asl is you are gentle even with the Kuffar?
But with context you don’t have to be gentle with the kuffar nor the Muslims.
Read what the Salaf said about Muslims in the books of refutation.
Context.
Today, all praise is due to Allah, Shaykh ʿAbd al-Ilāh al-Rifāʿī, a professor at the Islamic University of Madinah, welcomed us, along with a group of students from Pristine Metrology, Nigeria, to his masjid.
The Shaykh, may Allah reward him, sat with us for an hour, answering our questions, advising us, and clarifying a number of important matters for us.
Afterwards, we had the pleasure of meeting up with Ustadh Abū Muʿādh and his group performing ʿUmrah. May Allah bless them and accept their ʿUmrah from them.

A reflection at the end of @GtownMasjid winter conference!
We often hear our teachers say BENEFIT FROM THE SCHOLARS WHILE THEY ARE STILL HERE!
Attached is a flyer from the winter conference 10 yrs ago
We had Telelinks with 3 mountains of knowledge.
@hm270102@anwarphilly Calling him by the name opposers have called him in every fitnah as an insult, should be an honour for him.
Welcome to X (Twitter) this month August as a troll I’m assuming, not for any benefit for Al Islam whatsoever.

@hawakeye009 Reminds me of the Hadith. الله أعلم
The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “A great many from my nation who die, after the judgment, decree, and providence of Allah, die by the evil eye.”
Grade: Hasan
There was a time many scholars praised him so now you have to establish when Shaykh Arafat praised him. It could have been in this same era of our scholars. Without an evidence you all look foolish. Shaykh Arafat is a faqih.

Not True, Arafat the fake faqih praised Hisham, as narrated by his students, and mashaykh of Aden does the same
Shaykh Shihabudden, son of Imam Hasan Abdul Wahhab al-Banna, after he met Arafat said:
"He praised Hisham..."
What now, scared?
8 years ago, I mentioned the importance of "well known senior duaat," and my brother Sh. @AbuHakeemBilal added a condition: as long as they are guided by our senior scholars.
Today's embarrassing struggles & counterproductive directions which some have fallen into clearly demonstrate how insightful & important his comment was!
May Allah reward & preserve him.
@LuqmanHussain22 Shaykh Rafai also said that in the context of the kibar scholars who haven’t praised him now taking it down requires repentance? You and your likes are completely lost and use no principle when measuring a case.
There are many testimonies contrary to what’s been said about Maudh
@LuqmanHussain22 Haddadiyah in approach? Allahul Mustaan you guys are the ones dropping every scholar if that’s the case. Look at the way you just attacked Shaykh Rafai, every person of sunnah knows his virtue except the ones who been cultivated by Abu Iyad.
Preparing to read the explanation of Shaykh Ibn Baaz (may Allah have Mercy on him) for the narrations about sincerity from Riyaadh as-Saaliheen. Join us nightly at Markaz al-Imam Malik in Edmonton (@markaz_malik) at 9:00 MDT starting Thursday for 11 straight days, in shaa' Allah.
Again someone being young in age does not diminish his virtue.
Bring me the detailed criticism with their evidences and who are the scholars you are referring to?
You cannot establish Shaykh Arafat praising a haddadi from himself but rather through weak narrations.
This doesn’t really matter. The jarḥ against Abū Muʿādh Taqwīm is mufassar, and the scholars have already spoken regarding his ḥāl. He is immature and merely a youngster compared to these individuals.
As for ʿArafāt, he praises the Ḥaddādiyyah. So what do you think my position would be regarding him?
And where was this supposed bond between ʿArafāt and Abū Muʿādh before the fitnah erupted in December?
Shaykh Abdulilah Ar-Rafai has said there isn’t any evidence against Ustadh Abu Muadh At-Taqweem.
There is nothing wrong with repenting nor apologizing but from the current affair amongst them, then there isn’t evidence established against him said by Shaykh Arafat and Ar-Rafai.
No need to cope.
Go sit with Abu Muadh, repent 8 times in the span of 6 years, repent 2 extra times just to be safe.
😂 he himself kept apologising to Abu Khadeejah and Abu Iyyad, go ask him, it’s literally recorded.
Clarification concerning a voicenote of mine from 2021 that is being circulated.
It has come to my attention that there is a voicenote of mine being circulated concerning individuals speaking against Abu Iyaadh. This occurred in 2021 way before the issue developed into what it has become.
Firstly it should be known:
1. This audio was in relation to that which was being mentioned concerning some of the early writings of Abu Iyaadh regarding covid related issues, and that those writings were being used to claim that Abu Iyaadh was intending the rulers with his speech. I did not believe at the time that was the case (i.e. that he intended the rulers) and so I expressed that in that audio.
2. We advised in private that much could be misunderstood from his writings and he consequently put out a clarification concerning his intent. That was the end of that chapter. The voicenote does not relate to anything that transpired after that.
3. As for that which followed this, and continues to manifest, of ill speech concerning Ahlul Ilm wal Fadl (from them Shaikh Abdullah Al Bukhāri and Shaikh Arafāt Al Muhammadi) and the ongoing support and promotion of those who actively do so, then I DO NOT agree with any of it. No-one would have foreseen that the issue would have developed into what it has become, nor that there would be anyone in support of this.
Wallahul Must’aan
