💜🎣 Tackling Minds Celebrates Recovery Month
Tackling Minds was founded on the belief, and now backed by evidence, that fishing can transform mental health and support recovery. Our founder, Dave Lyons, experienced this first-hand during his own battle with addiction, where fishing became a vital part of his journey.

This Tuesday was especially meaningful as we partnered with Turning Point Inpatient Detox and Residential Rehabilitation Services, the organisation that quite literally saved Dave’s life when he was struggling. To be able to give back to Turning Point, and to support the thousands of people they continue to help, felt incredibly powerful.

Recovery Month is about hope, resilience, and second chances. Fishing gives people the chance to breathe, reconnect, and find calm, and we’re proud to share that message with everyone walking their own path.
