@Safaricom_Care 4 days ago, I raised a complaint on being unable to connect to my WiFi router and your team DM'd me to basically turn it off then on again.
"No internet connection" is all I see and can't use it anymore. @Safaricom_Care really?

@Safaricom_Care You guys are frustrating af. I paid to renew my Wifi yesterday (5th), it was supposed to expire tomorrow (7th). Today (6th) I recieved the usual reminder to pay that is usually sent yet I had already paid yesterday AND I have no Wifi. Called 400 and no help at all

@Safaricom_Care Hello. I got a SIM card about 2 hours ago at Safaricom shop Village market, registered it well but the Mpesa activation was having an issue. I've been there again and still getting the "Dear customer, Mpesa is unable to process your request...". Could you help?

@KCBGroup Hello. I withdrew some money from the Village market ATM, got a receipt and my card back but no money and when I went into the bank to inquire, was told that happens sometimes but that I'd get a reversal message and my money back in 24 hours.
That hasn't happened. Help

Would you look into that for me? ...Two Rivers Carrefour is less than 20 minutes by bike from my place.

@ImmigrationDept It's been 5 months ( and counting ) since I applied for a passport and got the biometrics done. When do I get my passport?
Each time I inquire, I'm told "It's in the printing stage".
