For people wondering what happened, my car's wheel hub broke right in the middle of the road and it went out of the road in a field thankfully no one got severely injured. Tata motors are playing cheap tactics to save their image and said it wasn't a part failure but an accident.

Tata Nexon has a 5-star safety rating but a part failure in my less than 2 year old car raises concerns. Tata Motors should take full responsibility, someone could have lost their life. I urge @TataMotors to refund the towing cost and address this situation responsibly.#tatanexon

It was only the next day, at 2 pm, that I found a private tow truck service, which towed the car to Rewa Tata Motors workshop. This incident, lasted over 28 hours, and posed a life-threatening situation. Tata Motors should take full responsibility for this caused by part failure.

Left stranded, we endured a harrowing 28 hours in the field, facing cold temperatures without adequate food or water.
Disappointingly, Tata Motors later demanded payment for the tow truck despite their lack of assistance.

We faced challenges seeking assistance from Tata Motors, who sent two unhelpful individuals with a towing truck. After a prolonged delay of over six hours, they stated that we needed to arrange a hydra to lift the car back onto the road before they would tow it.

Consequently, the car went off the road into a field. Fortunately, everyone remained safe. Upon inspection, it was discovered that our car's tire had detached due to a broken wheel hub. After being informed we booked a taxi and, upon arrival, found our friends stuck in the field.
