He’s a Springfield native but possibly missing in Woodbridge/Prince William county area.”

Today we held a powerful gathering to remember those who were victimized in the Tuskegee Syphilis Study. It was an injustice. It must never happen again. I remain hopeful that we can hold America to its promise.
