@AIRTEL_KE Guys, I purchased a 3 hour unlimited hourly data package which failed to work. Literally no browsing and I'm in Nairobi, in a place where network is very stable. I never got a response

[Chuck Goldsberry @TutorChuck]

@Airtel_Presence You guys are fucked up, thanks for nothing. Zero support response. Bunch of crackheads

[Chuck Goldsberry @TutorChuck]

@Airtel_Presence Really suddened by how un-bothered @Airtel_Presence is. I mean, a little concern by a customer receives zero attention. It's bad, ni mbaya

[Chuck Goldsberry @TutorChuck]

@Airtel_Presence Bought unlimited hourly data for three hours, no connection at all. It's been two hours now. Why are you guys so un-bothered by customers queries?

[Chuck Goldsberry @TutorChuck]

@Airtel_Presence Guys, I requested help on this wall and in the DM, no one has responded yet. Sad indeed

[Chuck Goldsberry @TutorChuck]

@Airtel_Presence Guys, why offer an unlimited 3 hour package only to have no internet for the past two hours. Literally no internet, and this is in Nairobi, so no proximity issue. Cammon

[Chuck Goldsberry @TutorChuck]

@Safaricom_Care Shared my issue on DM as advised, not helped so far. I've even shared a screenshot on DM to better explain my issue. Yet to receive meaningful assistance

[Chuck Goldsberry @TutorChuck]

@Safaricom_Care I got ghosted on the DM by support. Ni mbaya, where do I get help with my issue guys?

[Chuck Goldsberry @TutorChuck]

@Safaricom_Care I have a raised a simple issue with my fuliza but no solid help has been accorded. I have an available limit which I've not reached yet. Kindly help
