@langtoncoaching My concern is that trend seems to be (here in Canada) that 1o1 coaches contacting kids through social media (who they don’t know) and telling them how they would like to train them to the next level... what is a ”next level” anyway?

@Softtop67 Running laps makes you great at running laps. If coach have a clear playing style, he does not need laps. He can monitor who can maintain their actions as long as possible. -> fitness
