This right here.
No new leadership cause Schumer earned it and he’s old. Jeffries is next.
No genocide investigation, cause Biden folk r complicit.
No deep corruption investigation, the Pelosi types might go down.
These arent serious people. The can’t feel the rage
At every opportunity Dems should be asked why Hakeem Jeffries is being coronated without question or debate. Because Nancy Pelosi says so? Because donors say so? The voters are saying no so they need to be asked who they’re taking orders from because it’s not their voters.
@PanasonicDX4500 Don’t forget his little stunts against Disney and opening alligator Alcatraz. De Santis was cool with being Fascist before the backlash.
Chuck Schumer is legitimately one of the least popular politicians in the country right next to Trump himself.
The American people voted for change and that's exactly what we should deliver. To keep the exact same leaders would be to spit in their faces.
Schumer has been Senate Majority Leader before, he is extremely experienced, but there is the practical reality of perception and what voters expect from us.
Jeffries is going to be the Speaker and I hope he represents us well, but Schumer already has a handful of Democratic Senators, like Elissa Slotkin and Adam Hamilton, questioning his viability.
When I say "eat the rich," I don't mean the surgeon with 700K in his bank account who
had sleepless nights and worked hard for it.
I mean the billionaires who earn 10K a minute even while they're asleep.
I love that people are just expecting us to forget dems completely rolling over and not even rhetorically opposing people’s cities being invaded and their neighbors being shot in the street, only opposing trump “not asking for permission” to start a catastrophic war with Iran, approving the majority of trumps cabinet picks. We are all just supposed to forget that and think that the same leadership will be different this time somehow.
Reminder that Democrats never win by convincing Republicans to vote for them, they win by convincing people who aren’t usually politically active to get politically active.
I’ll say it again. Hakeem AIPAC Jeffries should’ve been challenged for his seat. Once he becomes speaker it will be almost impossible to remove him. He’ll protect his buddy Jared Kushner as well.
This woman needs to be serious. This is a joke decision that makes her look like a fool, makes her voters look like fools and she will not be taken seriously as a governor of she’s doing stuff like this.
This is embarrassing.
There is something profoundly ✨BLEAK✨ about the U.S. electorate’s recurring tendency to mistake political presentation for political conviction, and political branding for political substance. 🥀
Jon @Ossoff is a particularly illustrative example. His carefully crafted image of progressivism, the calculated appeal to political desirability, and the cultivated air of intellectualism and youthful idealism all seem designed to suggest a politician whose convictions run considerably deeper than his public image. 🎭
Yet when it comes to challenging the Democratic establishment, all that performative progressivism proves remarkably ✨HOLLOW✨. Ossoff does nothing to distinguish himself from the very political machinery his image seems designed to challenge. ⚖️
Is Hakeem Jeffries the only Black democrat in the House??? Because that’s what it’s sounding like.
Also, once again! Why are we supposed to care about his skin color??? Why does that shit matter here?
