Después del terremoto en Venezuela, una familia buscaba a su bebé entre los escombros. El papá entre lágrimas lo llamaba a los gritos Y EL BEBÉ SALIÓ GATEANDO.
Esto es un milagro
Before the weekend ends and America moves on to the next headline, we need to pause and look at a story that matters more than almost any other—the collapse of Venezuela, and what it warns us about if the last democratic superpower ever falls the same way.
This didn’t happen overnight. It happened step by step, over one generation.
VENEZUELA: HOW A PROSPEROUS NATION COLLAPSED
1992
Venezuela is the 3rd richest country in the Western Hemisphere, powered by oil and a growing middle class.
1997
Venezuelans become the 2nd largest buyers of Ford F-150s—a sign of widespread prosperity.
1998
Hugo Chávez is elected, promising to “redistribute wealth” and fix inequality.
2001
The country votes again for socialism, framed as compassion and fairness.
2003
The government imposes price controls and currency controls.
Black markets appear. Shortages begin.
2004
Private healthcare is fully socialized.
2006
Inflation rises sharply as massive welfare programs expand without real economic backing.
2007
All higher education becomes “free.”
2008
Key industries—oil services, steel, cement, telecom—are nationalized.
Production drops almost immediately.
2009
Private gun ownership is banned.
2010
The currency is devalued by 50%, crushing savings and accelerating inflation.
2011
Oil production begins a steady decline due to mismanagement and lack of investment.
2012
American politicians, like Bernie Sanders, publicly praise Venezuela’s model.
2013
Chávez dies. Nicolás Maduro takes power and tightens state control.
2014
Opposition leaders are arrested or silenced.
2015
GDP collapses. Hyperinflation begins.
2016
Severe food and medical shortages spread nationwide.
2017
The constitution is suspended. Elections are no longer meaningful.
2018
Inflation exceeds 1,000,000%. Maduro “wins” a widely fraudulent election.
2019
Unarmed civilians are killed by their own government.
2020
More than 8 million people flee the country to escape hunger and repression.
2023
Minor economic improvements fail to relieve mass poverty.
2024
Disputed elections trigger protests and global isolation.
2026
Maduro is removed by force. Venezuela is liberated after decades of ruin.
THE HARD TRUTH
It took one generation of “progressive” leadership to turn one of the richest countries on Earth into a nation defined by hunger, fear, mass graves, and mass migration.
This is the lesson history keeps teaching:
You can vote your way into socialism.
But history shows people only escape it through collapse, violence, or foreign intervention.
And here is the part Americans must understand clearly:
If this happens in the United States, there will be nobody coming to save us.
No outside superpower.
No rescue force.
No second chance.
Freedom is fragile. Prosperity is not guaranteed.
And once lost, they are brutally hard to recover.
Venezuela’s people paid the price.
America cannot afford to learn this lesson the same way.
(LOL) 🚨
Trump gave Bill Pulte the green light to go after the entrenched swamp over at (DNI)
And right on cue... he's fired (50) swamp dwellers in just one week on the job
My vote counted.. bc this is what I voted for
Rand Paul says he now has emails showing Fauci sent documents to Francis Collins with the instruction: "read it, then DESTROY it."
"That is against the law. You're not allowed to do that in the executive branch."
Paul says there is a good chance this could put Fauci behind bars because his pardon is too vague and too long to hold up in court:
"I think there's a chance we'd win that... You can't give people some kind of pardon for everything."
"His only argument is, 'Oh, it wasn't about government,' and it clearly was. I think a jury would [agree]."
"Maybe we just pass a law that if a judge has their ruling overturned by the Supreme Court, they forfeit their position and their law license... because they got it wrong."
Ten years after losing her father, Jeni Stepien found a way to have him by her side on one of the most important days of her life.
In 2006, Jeni's father, Michael Stepien, was tragically killed during a robbery near Pittsburgh at the age of 53. An organ donor, he gave the gift of life even in death.
Just two days later, his heart was transplanted into Arthur Thomas, a New Jersey man who had spent years battling congestive heart failure while waiting for a donor.
For nearly a decade, the Stepien family and Thomas stayed connected through letters, holiday cards, flowers, and small gifts, but they had never met in person.
As her wedding approached in August 2016, Jeni wanted her father to be part of the ceremony in a meaningful way.
She wrote a heartfelt letter to Thomas asking a simple but emotional question... Would he walk her down the aisle?
Thomas immediately said yes.
The pair met face to face for the first time during the wedding rehearsal. In a deeply moving moment, Jeni was able to place her hand on Thomas's chest and listen to the heartbeat that once belonged to her father.
The following day, at St. Anselm Church in Pennsylvania, Arthur Thomas escorted Jeni down the aisle, symbolically carrying a piece of her father with her as she began a new chapter of life. He also shared a father-daughter dance with her during the reception, helping fulfill a moment she thought she had lost forever.
Jeni later said that having Thomas beside her made her feel as though a part of her father was physically present on her wedding day. Thomas described the experience as one of the greatest honors of his life and hoped their story would inspire more people to register as organ donors.
BREAKING: David Steiner, the US Postmaster General, has informed Congress that USPS will NOT deliver mail-in ballots to states that refuse to comply with Trump's EO, which ensures that people receiving mail-in ballots are US citizens.
Democrat meltdown incoming...
BREAKING: At 12:12 AM President Trump just put EVERY Oil Company on Notice to start DROPPING the prices at the pump much faster

🚨 JUST IN: Benjamin Song, the ringleader of the North Texas Antifa terror cell, has been sentenced to 100 YEARS in federal prison today in Fort Worth.
AMAZING! 👏🏼👏🏼
🚨 NOW: Crews are now installing FENCING around the Lincoln Memorial reflecting pool as rabid leftists REFUSE to stop tampering with it
These people need LENGTHY prison sentences.
The fencing will stay up until repairs to their vandalism are complete.
Think about this: almost every town in America has a Chestnut Street. The original skyscrapers were built out of American Chestnut. Surely modern science can bring them back.
A century ago, one in every four big trees in the eastern forests of America was a chestnut, and every autumn the country under them ate for free.
The American chestnut was a giant, a hundred feet tall, and there were close to four billion of them from Maine to the Deep South. Each autumn they dropped a carpet of sweet nuts so thick you raked it up by the sackful. Families roasted them all winter. Hogs and cattle were turned loose in the woods to fatten on them for nothing. Turkey, deer and bear lived off the same mast. The timber, straight and rot-proof, built the barns, the fence posts and the furniture. One tree fed the people, fattened the livestock, carried the wildlife through winter, then built the house.
Then in 1904 a blight arrived on imported Asian chestnut stock, spotted first on the trees at the Bronx Zoo. It moved through the forest at fifty miles a year, and by the 1940s it had killed close to four billion trees, nearly every mature chestnut on the continent. One of the worst ecological catastrophes in the country's history.
Here is the part that should stop you. The tree is not quite dead. The old roots still send up shoots, year after year, that the blight cuts down before they grow tall enough to fruit. A century on, the stumps are still trying, and still failing.
A free harvest that fed a continent every autumn for thousands of years, gone in forty, and still reaching for a sky it will never reach again.
Explosion hits Qatar’s Ras Laffan gas facility right as negotiations kicked off. Officially called a “technical malfunction,” but the timing is wild
Fmr. CIA analyst Larry Johnson straight-up calls it an Israeli false flag to throw shade on the talks and drive a wedge between Qatar and Iran.
Qatar’s foreign minister walks right past JD Vance, hugs Pakistan’s PM instead, skips the photo op, and leaves Vance hanging. Clear snub on camera.
Larry calls it “not a love fest.” Trump’s social media threats to kill Iranian negotiators basically torched the MOU on day one.
Iranians walked out. Larry gets it; it's hard to negotiate after death threats.
U.S. strategic petroleum reserve sits at roughly 340 million barrels. Larry walks through the math: diesel shortages are coming fast, forcing a real guns-or-butter choice for the military and supply chains within weeks
His general take: Iran came out stronger: deeper Russia/China ties, renminbi oil money, missiles intact
Thank you Larry for that interview!

In 1884, Ulysses S. Grant was dying of throat cancer and was dead broke.
His money was wiped out by a swindler who stole his fortune.
Desperate to leave something for his wife, he agreed to write his Civil War memoirs and was close to signing a contract for a meager 10% royalty.
Mark Twain stepped in, called the deal robbery and offered Grant 70% of the profits through his own publishing company.
Grant raced death to finish the book, completing it just days before he died in July 1885.
It became one of the greatest memoirs ever written.
The royalties left his widow nearly half a million dollars, about $16 million today, and the book has never gone out of print.
We need a Speaker who talks just like this
Raise your hand ✋️ if you want @realBrandonGill to be the next Speaker of the house
He's tagged.... if you like his positions on immigration, leave him a thumbs 👍 up, he'll see this
On her last day as Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard declassified the COVID cover-up.
Never-before-seen documents. Fauci's fingerprints on the intelligence itself. A lie told to Congress under oath.
Here is what just dropped. 🧵
🚨 BREAKING: Arkansas combat veteran Aaron Spencer just won the Republican primary for Lonoke County Sheriff after previously being arrested for killing the man accused of r*ping his 14 year old daughter. He just defeated the very sheriff who put him in cuffs. Voters sent a loud message and now he says he’s ready to clean up the county.
🚨BREAKING: A federal judge in Indiana has ruled in our favor and DENIED Sheriff Ruben Marté’s request for a preliminary injunction against the FAIRNESS Act! That is a tremendous step forward in our efforts to end sanctuary policies throughout the State.
Starting July 1, the FAIRNESS Act’s detainer mandate will help ensure that criminal illegal aliens will not be released back onto our streets just because a sheriff refuses to cooperate with federal authorities.
This is a MAJOR victory for public safety, the rule of law, and the people of Indiana.
