In a project with the Bihar Police on gender-based violence, research & gender-sensitisation efforts helped encourage more empathetic responses to women’s complaints.

जब अलख पांडेय को उनकी स्थिति के बारे में पता चला, तो उन्होंने जनमोनी की फ्लाइट से लेकर प्रतियोगिता में शामिल होने तक का पूरा खर्च उठाया। नतीजा यह रहा कि जनमोनी ने Gold मेडल जीतकर इतिहास रच दिया। असली हीरो वही होता है जो दूसरे के सपनों को पूरा करने में मदद करें।
