Avoid paying insurance premiums through 3rd party apps.

I recently had a renewal premium due.
I opened Cred for something else, and it gave me a popup reminder for life insurance premium due.

I immediately decided to make the payment. Went super smooth!

Cut to 1 month later.
Today when I checked on the insurers website, it didn't show the payment.

Went to Cred to check, and to my shock the premium had been refunded a day later!

Now my notifications are off - so I didn't get any alerts for failure.
No messages, no emails - nothing.

Thank god, I had a reminder in Asana for renewal payment - else my 15 year old term insurance would have lapsed. Phew!

3. After you write the code, you need to check if it works correctly. Instead of checking it by hand, you can use special tools that test the code automatically. This helps make sure the code is strong and works well.
