@SkyHelpTeam It’s not recording my shows like it used to,I have to watch live tv or catch up. It will record parts of it and cuts off or scrambles it and jumps straight to the end of the programme.

@jlandpcustserv So why respond to me in the first place if you can’t help?

[Gemma Kara @Tweet_Gemma]

@jlandpcustserv how long does it usually take to deal with a faulty item?

[Gemma Kara @Tweet_Gemma]

@jlandpcustserv From what I can see it seems you have a generic answer and think that’s good enough. Shouldn’t you be finding a solution to this?

@NespressoUK The machine is advertised as accepting all pods but wasn’t aware it doesn’t take small pods so we have tried the machine but your customer service mentioned the same. It’s unfortunate as we wanted to exchange it for one that accepts smaller pods too

[Gemma Kara @Tweet_Gemma]

@NespressoUK advice to all purchasing a coffee machine online you don’t have the right to return it within 14 days if the description isn’t clear. Vertuo doesn’t accept all pods just their own large pods. #bewarned #mynespressomoment #consumerrights #spreadtheword
