Been a loyal @airtelindia Black customer for 3+ years on the ₹1099 plan. Moved houses & needed to pause service for a month. Support told me I had to "unbundle" to pause, but conveniently hid a crucial detail: my ₹1099 plan was discontinued. (1/3)

Now, a month later, I want to re-bundle my broadband & DTH. Support says my old plan is gone and wants to force me into a ₹1600/mo plan! I was paying ₹1298 (incl. tax). If I had been informed of this, I NEVER would have unbundled. Total lack of transparency. (2/3)

I recharged my DTH for a 6-month plan, but the validity was updated for only 4 months. When I contacted customer care, they claimed I recharged after my previous validity expired, so my wallet went to –₹15 and the plan was converted to a daily deduction model. (1/2) @airtelindia

@bookmyshow I can't change the number of tickets, even though 10 tickets are available for the show. Additionally, blocking the IP address for a long time when refreshing frequently is very frustrating.
