I think the wisest thing I can tell my daughter, is this:

Your body is not some infallible arbiter of moral rightness. It is your natural bias to mythologise your instincts and somatic responses into intuition. Your underlying presumption is that your body is never wrong. That what it communicates is special knowledge. That you should listen to it. That if it wasn’t true, you wouldn’t feel that way, so the fact that you do is evidence that it is.

This will be your undoing.

Trauma, fear and other forms of dysregulation embedded into the nervous system are not deeper forms of non-verbalised wisdom. They are threat responses. Sometimes, threat responses can be triggered by non-threats, because fear is tyrannical and overzealous. If fear is your dominant emotion or reason for acting, in almost all cases whatever it is telling you to do is wrong.

I am not saying you can never trust your body. I am saying that you should not trust it blindly. It is your obligation to know your body well enough to be able to tell the difference between transient hormonal influence, nervous system dysregulation, true lateral pattern recognition and intuition.

Calling all these things “intuition” is the lazy thing that the majority of otherwise fairly mediocre women do. Do not be like them. Do not be so easily misled and falsely self-mythologising. Audit yourself. And when you are able to conclude your body is lying to you, do not blindly obey her. Push through.

That’s why the Navnath parayana is having so much power… because they have made all Devatas promise that their devotees will be helped (only issue is they are immortal so time does not necessarily have so much meaning, hence things can take time with their upasana).

In the Ṛgveda, the Asuras are not demons.

They are the Anu. The Anavas.

And once you see this, the entire Indo-European story realigns.

In the Ṛgveda, the great civilizational divide is not “good vs evil”.

It is Anu vs Puru.

The Devas are the ancestral gods of the Puru / Pauravas.

They are the Ādityas, sons of Aditi, the mother of the gods, working under Tvāṣṭar, the divine architect.

Tvāṣṭar is not a marginal figure.

In the Ṛgveda he appears repeatedly as father-in-law to major god's wives, linking lineages.

He is the god of craft, metallurgy, design, and construction, the civilizational signature of the Harappan–Sarasvatī–Sindhu world of North-West India.

On the other side stand the Anu / Anava.

The Ṛgveda describes them with remarkable precision:

Anindra – those who reject Indra
Avrata – those who do not follow Vedic ritual norms
Vadhri-vācāḥ – those who speak different dialects

Not barbarians.

Linguistic cousins.

Proto-Avestan and other early Indo-European speech forms.

This is why the Anavas are consistently hostile to Indra because Indra is the tribal god of the Purus.

Now pause here.

The Anu are not a minor Vedic clan.

👉 Anu is the supreme god of the Sumerians.

That is not coincidence.

From the Anavas emerge two great branches remembered in Itihāsa-Purāṇas:

Daityas
Dānavas

The Daityas correspond to proto-Iranians.

Their sacred river is named Daityā in the Avestan text Vendidad —identified with the Jhelum.

The Dānavas correspond to proto-Greeks, Albanians, and wider Europeans.

Their sacred river is Danu, preserved as Danube, Don, Dnieper, and more.

Even Greek memory is explicit.

The heroes of the Iliad and Odyssey trace themselves to the Danaans.

And Ireland?

The Irish gods trace their divine ancestry to Danu, their great grandmother goddess.

Now return to the Ṛgveda.

Here, Dānu does not mean a demon queen.

It means dew, ice, flowing waters, rivers born from Himalayan glaciers.

Sapta Dānu = Seven Rivers = Sapta Sindhu.

Only later, in the Itihāsa-Purāṇas, do we see a theological reshuffle:

Aditi, Diti, and Danu are turned into wives of Kaśyapa Prajāpati.

But Kaśyapa is a Late Ṛgvedic figure, prominent mainly in the Late Ṛgveda, associated with Kashmir-region Ṛṣis.

The very concept of Prajāpati itself emerges only in the 10th Maṇḍala.

In effect: 👉 The cosmic role of Ṛgvedic Tvāṣṭar is retro-assigned to Kaśyapa.

👉 Older civilizational memory is reorganised into later genealogy.

So what we are seeing is not mythology, but layered historical memory:

Puru vs Anu

Indra-worshippers vs Indra-rejecters

Indo-Gangetic ritual core vs outward-moving Indo-European branches

Read literally, you get demons and gods.

Read historically, you get the Indo-European split preserved inside the Ṛgveda.

उच्छृंखल एवं असंयमित जीवनशैली महान आत्माओं के अवतरण में बाधक सिद्ध होती है क्योंकि श्रेष्ठ चेतनाएं सदैव सात्विक परिस्थितियों और सुसंस्कृत माता-पिता के माध्यम से ही देह धारण करती हैं। इसी आध्यात्मिक सत्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए भारतीय ऋषियों ने गर्भाधान संस्कार का विधान सुनिश्चित किया था। ज्योतिषीय गणना के माध्यम से ऐसे विशिष्ट काल का निर्धारण किया जा सकता है जब होने वाले जातक की कुंडली में महापुरुष योगों का सृजन हो रहा हो। सामान्यतः ग्रहों की अनुकूल स्थिति से नौ मास पूर्व शुभ मुहूर्त में गर्भाधान का परामर्श दिया जाता है ताकि गर्भाधान और जन्म दोनों के समय ग्रहों का सामंजस्य बना रहे। इसके लिए माता-पिता दोनों में पात्रता का होना अनिवार्य है क्योंकि वे ही उस श्रेष्ठ आत्मा को आमंत्रित करने के उत्तरदायी होते हैं। महानिर्वाण तंत्र में भी बीज और क्षेत्र की शुद्धि को ही उत्तम फल का आधार माना गया है जिसका संकेत इस सूत्र से मिलता है कि क्षेत्रं बीजं तथा कालं सामग्रीं च सुसंस्कृताम्।
ज्योतिष शास्त्र में गर्भाधान मुहूर्त का विचार बालक के स्वास्थ्य बुद्धि और भाग्य को सकारात्मक दिशा प्रदान करता है। तिथियों के चयन में चतुर्थी षष्ठी अष्टमी नवमी चतुर्दशी अमावस्या और पूर्णिमा का त्याग कर द्वितीया तृतीया पंचमी सप्तमी दशमी एकादशी और त्रयोदशी को श्रेष्ठ माना गया है। नक्षत्रों में रोहिणी मृगशिरा हस्त चित्रा स्वाति अनुराधा श्रवण धनिष्ठा शतभिषा और तीनों उत्तरा नक्षत्रों का प्रभाव जातक के मूल स्वभाव को तेजस्वी बनाता है। मंगलवार और शनिवार के वार को त्यागते हुए लग्न में गुरु शुक्र या बुध जैसे शुभ ग्रहों की उपस्थिति और अष्टम भाव की शुद्धि को अनिवार्य माना गया है। शास्त्रों में ऋतु काल के अनुसार रजस्वला होने के बाद की सम रात्रियों को पुत्र और विषम रात्रियों को पुत्री की संभावना के लिए उपयुक्त बताया गया है जबकि स्वास्थ्य कारणों से प्रथम चार रात्रियाँ पूर्णतः वर्जित हैं। तंत्र शास्त्र के अनुसार आहारशुद्धौ सत्त्वशुद्धिः के सिद्धांत पर चलते हुए सात्विक आहार से चित्त को शुद्ध करना गर्भाधान की प्रथम सीढ़ी है।
आयुर्वेद और आगम ग्रंथों के अनुसार माता-पिता का शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य ही आने वाली संतान के गुणों का मूल निर्धारण करता है। चरक संहिता का परामर्श है कि यदि माता-पिता शारीरिक रूप से पूर्ण स्वस्थ न हों तो उन्हें पंचकर्म के माध्यम से शुद्धि करनी चाहिए। गर्भाधान के समय माता-पिता का मन प्रसन्न शांत और प्रेमपूर्ण होना चाहिए क्योंकि क्रोध भय या चिंता की स्थिति में उत्पन्न संतान के स्वभाव में गंभीर दोष आ सकते हैं। रात्रि के तृतीय प्रहर को इसके लिए सर्वाधिक उपयुक्त माना गया है जब वातावरण की सात्विकता अपने चरम पर होती है। भारतीय मनीषियों का विचार आगम के इस सूत्र से मेल खाता है कि यदाहारस्तथा चित्तं यच्चित्तं तत्तथा प्रजा अर्थात् जैसा आहार और विचार होगा वैसी ही संतान होगी।
महर्षि पाराशर की कथा इसी वैज्ञानिक और आध्यात्मिक सत्य का प्रतिपादन करती है जिन्होंने श्री कृष्ण द्वैपायन व्यास जैसी दिव्य आत्मा के अवतरण हेतु ज्योतिषीय योगों को सामाजिक नियमों से ऊपर प्रधानता दी। उन्होंने निषाद कन्या के लक्षणों और काल की अत्यंत शुभता को पहचान कर लोकचार के स्थान पर जगत कल्याण के उद्देश्य से गर्भाधान का निर्णय लिया। ऋषि पाराशर भली-भांति जानते थे कि ब्रह्मांडीय योगों की ऐसी शुभ घड़ी बड़ी प्रतीक्षा के पश्चात आती है और यदि वह चूक जाए तो वर्षों प्रतीक्षा करनी पड़ती है। यह घटना इस तथ्य को पुष्ट करती है कि लोकचार के नियम समाज के हित में बनाए जाते हैं परंतु जब कोई नियम जगत कल्याण के मार्ग में बाधक बनने लगे तो मानवता के व्यापक हित में उसे परिवर्तित करना ही धर्म सम्मत होता है।
महानिर्वाण तंत्र का यह सूत्र बीज और क्षेत्र की शुद्धता पर बल देते हुए कहता है कि क्षेत्रं बीजं तथा कालं सामग्रीं च सुसंस्कृताम् जिसका अर्थ है कि जब माता रूपी क्षेत्र पिता रूपी बीज समय का चयन और वातावरण पूर्णतः शुद्ध और सुसंस्कृत होते हैं तभी शुभ संतान का जन्म संभव होता है। यह सूत्र स्पष्ट करता है कि केवल शारीरिक मिलन पर्याप्त नहीं है अपितु परिस्थितियों की अनुकूलता भी उतनी ही आवश्यक है।
आगम और आयुर्वेद का यह सिद्धांत आहार और चित्त की शुद्धता को अनिवार्य मानता है कि आहारशुद्धौ सत्त्वशुद्धिः अर्थात् जैसा हमारा आहार होगा वैसी ही हमारे अंतःकरण की शुद्धि होगी। यह शुद्धि दिव्य आत्मा के अवतरण के लिए एक पवित्र भूमि तैयार करती है क्योंकि दूषित आहार से दूषित विचारों का जन्म होता है जो भावी संतान के लिए हितकारी नहीं होते

ग्रंथियों और प्रजनन मार्गों में असामान्य ऊतकों के संचय को दूर करने के लिए कांचनार गुग्गुलु, स्त्री जनन तंत्र के पोषण और हार्मोन संतुलन के लिए मुख्य रसायन शतावरी, तथा आम की शुद्धि और चयापचय मार्गों को अवरोध-मुक्त रखने के लिए रात्रि में त्रिफला का सेवन अनुशंसित है।
तन्त्रोक्त दृष्टिकोण के अनुसार, पीसीओएस केवल एक शारीरिक या हार्मोनल विफलता नहीं है, बल्कि तंत्र शरीर को ऊर्जा का एक संघात मानता है जहाँ स्त्री शरीर में सृजन, विसर्जन और चक्रों का नियंत्रण शक्ति के प्रवाह से होता है। आगम शास्त्र के अनुसार पीसीओएस वास्तव में स्त्रीत्व की मूल सृजनात्मक ऊर्जा का अवरोध है। इसके समाधान हेतु भैरवयामल तन्त्र और विज्ञान भैरव तन्त्र जैसे आगम ग्रंथों के स्रोत्र और सूत्रों का आश्रय लिया जाता है। आगम का परम सूत्र कहता है कि "यत्र शक्तिः प्रलीयेत तत्र व्याधिः प्रजायते" अर्थात् जहाँ शक्ति का प्रवाह रुककर विलीन होने लगता है, वहीं व्याधि का जन्म होता है। जब एक स्त्री निरंतर मानसिक आघात, असुरक्षा, या पुरुष-प्रधान ऊर्जा के अति-दबाव में जीती है, तो उसका स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र और अपान वायु पूरी तरह स्तंभित हो जाते हैं। जब एक स्त्री अपनी भावनाओं जैसे क्रोध, दुःख या आघात का दमन करती है, तब मानसिक आम उत्पन्न होता है। ऊर्जा स्तर पर जब शरीर मुक्त करना या छोड़ना बंद कर देता है, तो भौतिक स्तर पर वह रुके हुए मासिक चक्र और डिम्बग्रंथि में फंसी हुई पुटिकाओं के रूप में प्रकट होता है। इस ऊर्जावान गतिरोध को तोड़ने के लिए आगम ग्रन्थ वर्णित सिद्ध कल्पवल्ली स्तोत्र या त्रिपुरसुन्दरी अष्टकम् के उन विशिष्ट श्लोकों का संपुट के साथ पाठ किया जाता है जो गर्भाशय की चेतना को जाग्रत करते हैं। इस स्तोत्र साधना के साथ जब ह्रीं और वं बीज मन्त्रों का गर्भाशय केंद्र पर ध्यान करते हुए जप किया जाता है, तो वर्षों से जमी हुई भावनात्मक जड़ता और मानसिक आम पिघलने लगते हैं। इसके व्यावहारिक अभ्यासों में प्रतिदिन १५-२० मिनट योनि मुद्रा और अपान मुद्रा का अभ्यास किया जाता है जो प्राण शक्ति को सीधे गर्भाशय की ओर मोड़कर दमित भावनाओं को मुक्त करता है। स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र पर ध्यान केंद्रित करते हुए वं बीज मंत्र का गहरा उच्चारण रूपी नाद अनुसंधान अवरुद्ध स्रोतों को सूक्ष्म स्तर पर झंकृत करके खोलता है। इसके अतिरिक्त तान्त्रिक भू-स्पर्श के माध्यम से नंगे पैर मिट्टी पर चलकर या मलासन में बैठकर गर्भाशय के तनाव और संचित भय को पृथ्वी माता में समाहित करने की भावना की जाती है। अंततः भावनात्मक रेचन द्वारा शरीर को सुरक्षा का अहसास कराकर दमित भय और नियंत्रण की अति-प्रवृत्ति को ध्यान या नृत्य के माध्यम से बाहर निकलने दिया जाता है, जिससे शरीर सुरक्षित अनुभव करता है और दमित पुटिकाएँ विसर्जित होने के लिए स्वतंत्र हो जाती हैं।
इस समग्र चिकित्सा का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण आयाम भविष्य में माता-पिता बनने वाले दंपत्तियों के लिए गर्भ संसाधन/गर्भ संस्कार की अनिवार्यता से जुड़ता है। वर्तमान युग में PCOS से पीड़ित स्त्रियाँ केवल किसी प्रकार गर्भधारण करने को ही अपनी अंतिम विजय मान लेती हैं, जो कि एक अत्यंत संकुचित दृष्टिकोण है। आगम और आयुर्वेद दोनों घोषणा करते हैं कि अशुद्ध आर्तव और असंतुलित बीज दोष के साथ यदि गर्भधारण हो भी जाए, तो आने वाली संतान में वही शारीरिक और मानसिक व्याधियाँ स्थानांतरित हो जाती हैं। इसलिए दंपत्तियों के लिए गर्भाधान से पूर्व गर्भ संसाधन अर्थात् गर्भाशय, शुक्र और आर्तव का पूर्ण शुद्धिकरण अत्यंत आवश्यक है। यह केवल एक शारीरिक डिटॉक्स नहीं है, बल्कि यह एक दिव्य अनुष्ठान है जिसमें पति और पत्नी दोनों अपने संचित कर्मों, मानसिक विकारों और शारीरिक दोषों का शोधन करते हैं। आगम के अनुसार गर्भाशय केवल मांस का पिंड नहीं है, वह एक ब्रह्मांडीय वेदी है जहाँ एक नई आत्मा का अवतरण होना है। यदि वह वेदी PCOS के कफ, मेद और अवरुद्ध अपान से दूषित है, तो वहाँ आने वाली चेतना भी रुग्ण होगी। गर्भ संसाधन के अंतर्गत दंपत्ति पंचकर्म के माध्यम से शरीर को शुद्ध करते हैं और आगम स्तोत्रों के स्पंदन से अपनी आनुवंशिक कोडिंग को पुनर्गठित करते हैं। जब होने वाले माता-पिता इस साधना से अपनी ऊर्जा को उर्ध्वगामी कर लेते हैं, तब जो जीव गर्भ में आता है वह ओजस्वी, तेजस्वी और पूर्णतः स्वस्थ होता है। अतः PCOS से मुक्ति केवल एक व्यक्तिगत आरोग्य नहीं है, बल्कि यह गर्भ संसाधन के माध्यम से आने वाली पीढ़ियों के कल्याण और एक प्रबुद्ध समाज के निर्माण का महत अनुष्ठान है। यह लेख चरक संहिता और तन्त्र विज्ञान के गूढ़ सिद्धांतों पर आधारित है!
