Seepage issues in almost every flat. Water logging in lobbies on every floor. They’re refusing to fix floor drainage or cover open areas they intentionally left exposed — now causing problems in all towers. @ShriramGrand@shriramprops
@MuraliM2020 Respected Sir, My flat No. A030903 in Bengal Shri Ram,Grand 1.I've paid all dues is nothing left,including all other charges, yet they do not hand over keys of my flat,instead, claimed huge amount which is I'm unable to pay.Otherwise I've to commit suicide.Thanks
@CRED_support I paid bill through you.CRED saying bill is paid. But biller did not receive money from CRED & did not generate payment receipt. My previous experience with you says that you will say the payment failed just after the due date. As a result I have to pay late fine.

Can you tell us when your Grand One project in Grand City Uttarpara WB will get possession? Already 2 years delayed but now your CRM not able to give any final dates even denying to pay delay penalty. Continuously giving false commitments. Is it in your radar
