Sir,As per Shriram Grandcity Phase 1,Uttarpara management saying I have not extended rent agreement,From 18th of September I will be homelss,rent agreement will end,They have not got the OC,Electricity,Water
Beside of these they started threatening my mother

At now Shriram Uttarpara is unable to complete the construction,unable to provide the amenities,proposed at the time of booking,unable to construct road,unable to set up electricity&water
Resulting the blockage of OC&we can't live there

There must be a particular deadline of completion of Shriram Grandcity,Uttarpara but right now we are unable to know the exact date of completion and geeting the OC from KMDA,Kolkata
Please update,I am in absoulute dark phase, I don't know where I will live

As per Management sayings I did my rented flat agreement only upto 17th Sept,22 but Shriram Uttarpara has not received the OC yet,There are no electricity,water,Proper Road and basic stuffs.
Why there is so delay for getting OC?
Where Do I live from Sept18?

As per the Management briefing We can live there from next month but Shriram Grandcity,Uttarpara project has not received the OC Yet,They unable to set up Electricity,Water, Road,Street Light and basic Infra's
How can we live there?

After completion of 100%payment,2years advance maintaince Charges and Govt registration fee along with the waiting from 2016
Shriram has not got the OC

As committed by Shriram,I did my existing rented flat agreement upto September 17th and after that I have to evacuate my flat but now Management is saying that they don't have proper date for getting OC

I had booked my flat in Shriram Grandcity, Uttarpara in 2016
But has not got the flat yet and Shriram Grandcity has not got the OC yet along with Electricity, water, Street Lighting, no Basic Infra
