Built Kasa for the @SuperteamPL bounty: the Polish kasa zapomogowo-pożyczkowa - the workplace savings-and-loan fund ~1,000 of them run under the 2021 statute - rebuilt as a Solana program.

The treasurer (skarbnik) is a PDA. Nobody can run off with the money. 🧵
