@StarbucksUK Please can you help - I've been locked out of my rewards app, can't reset password & tells me access denied.

[Emmalou 🌼 @Twinkle64Brook]

@Tesco Is your app/website going to be working at all this evening?

[Emmalou 🌼 @Twinkle64Brook]

@MayorofLondon Can you please explain why a non compliant car still has to be taxed and insured when applying for your scrappage scheme? Not only have I had to buy a compliant vehicle but I now have to pay for two vehicles while I wait to have one scrapped!! Ridiculous!

[Emmalou 🌼 @Twinkle64Brook]

@MayorofLondon Perhaps you could give the money you receive from non compliant cars to the NHS to help these children fighting for their next breath Sadiq instead of lining your own pocket. Or even still, ban non compliant cars altogether instead of allowing them if drivers can afford to pay.

[Emmalou 🌼 @Twinkle64Brook]

@zsllondonzoo Hi, I have pre booked the £3 tickets for tomorrow but I can't find my child tax credits proof letter. I can show evidence of all my payments on my government gateway account - will this be sufficient? Thanks

[Emmalou 🌼 @Twinkle64Brook]

@NewLookHelp Hi, my blue light discount code won't work...I'm ordering full price New Look items so it should be fine. Please can you help

[Emmalou 🌼 @Twinkle64Brook]

@poolsonthepark Hi, not used your outdoor pool in a while...are we allowed to change indoors now & use the sauna/steam room facilities as full members or not? Thanks

[Emmalou 🌼 @Twinkle64Brook]

@PostOffice Could you let me know what happens as I had to pay for special delivery which I didn't want and was happy just to send recorded

[Emmalou 🌼 @Twinkle64Brook]

@PostOffice Told today at my local post office that it is mandatory to send an old expired passport back to the passport office by special delivery?! I wanted to send it signed for only...please can you clarify?

[Emmalou 🌼 @Twinkle64Brook]

@PostOffice Thanks, it was the Hampton Hill branch. I obviously ended up paying for special delivery though, so am annoyed that I was sold an more expensive service which I didn't need.

[Emmalou 🌼 @Twinkle64Brook]

@poolsonthepark Are you able to come into one of the centres and book a family swim session in person if the phone lines are unavailable? Thanks

[Emmalou 🌼 @Twinkle64Brook]

@Tesco Yuck!! 🤢🤢 Bought yesterday from your Twickenham store...no receipt as I used self service, but clearly off & smells revolting

[Emmalou 🌼 @Twinkle64Brook]

@HMRCcustomers Thank you, do you know how long it will take to receive a letter?

[Emmalou 🌼 @Twinkle64Brook]

@HMRCcustomers How long should I have to wait to receive a letter from you in the post? I phoned up for a replacement copy of a notice over a week ago and it still hasn't arrived!

[Emmalou 🌼 @Twinkle64Brook]

@MarianneleMag Please can you stop sending magazine to my house they are not for me but arrive every few days addressed to somebody who does not live here.

[Emmalou 🌼 @Twinkle64Brook]

@sainsburys Shame your Kingston upon Thames branch rarely has staff serving on checkouts....my elderly mother has had to leave her shopping several times as shes not comfortable using self service 😔

[Emmalou 🌼 @Twinkle64Brook]

@RoyalMailHelp Thanks will do

[Emmalou 🌼 @Twinkle64Brook]

@RoyalMailHelp Was waiting yesterday for a tracked 24 parcel to arrive which was posted Tuesday....it says online it was at Southampton yesterday, now today at Cardiff....both absolutely nowhere near me!!! What's happening with it?!

[Emmalou 🌼 @Twinkle64Brook]

@Tesco Just picked this up today reduced, got home & noticed it's all mouldy 🤢
