Flipkart is getting worse day by day. I ordered a packet of makhana from them of brand name Rajbhog, but they sent me product without the manufacturing and expiry date mentioned on it. When I tried to raise the complaint and asked them to return this they rejected my request

No one from delhivery customer support contacted me yet. It was expensive product of mine. How come your delivery boys are so irresponsible without call me and without taking OTP they delivered it. And now they are misbehaving wid female.

I placed an order from orient and the delivery partner is @delhivery @help_delhivery. They called me yesterday saying your address is wrongly mentioned and asked me to give my correct address and location and they will deliver it. But later the marked it delivered

Saying we have delivered to the address mentioned and we are not responsible. As you were not available we have it at the gate. I asked them that no one called me as it is in my name. How come you give it to anyone like that. They are not at all taking responsibility of this.

They will charge you higher charges with informing you complete charges details on payment page and later when you complaint they will say these are genuine charges. Its a bank responsibility to give proper information to customer before loan or emi..
