Fantastic first day back at work, new beginnings, new job, a different organisation who have made me feel so welcome. I embraced their skills and they embraced mine. Shared experiences and being valued. So excited for the future.
Improving neonatal palliative & end-of-life care is vital to ensure we're providing care that families need. If you're a parent willing to share your experiences, please contact us, we'd love to hear from you @PeepsHie@mancini_smith@dadmattersuk@zephyrsnotts@Adultpreemies
Over the years, I've learnt that the best, highest performing teams are those where everyone feels a sense of belonging & appreciation for the unique & different things they bring to the team. So I'm happy to post this blog & sketchnote on "things boldly inclusive leaders do". They build an inclusive culture through foundations of continuous learning, active listening, authentic communication & creating a psychologically safe environment for people to thrive: https://t.co/SmBQXNjC2w. Thank you @minettenorman for the principles & @tnvora for your powerful interpretation.
@GEHNHSnews Amazing nursing and medical teams on Felix Holt ward that gave outstanding care to my friend’s mum and her family. Sadly she passed away but the care she received was wonderful. Thank you
It’s re validation time again for my nursing registration. It’s a therapeutic time to put pen to paper and see actually what I have achieved in the past three years. I really enjoy doing this. Proud to be a nurse, 38 years with the NHS
@HMRCcustomers He has done all three and HMRC have ignored everything. I am upset and disappointed in your company. So yet again we will send in another letter recorded delivery for it to be ignored. Second time now.
@HMRCcustomers phone cuts off each time. My son needs to speak to a human being this is now desperate. Why can’t this happen. What does he need to say to the automated message to not get cut off
@HMRCcustomers He has requested this more than a few times before. He is 19 and this is not fair. I need a number (send privately) where a human being deals with his problem as a matter of urgency.
@HMRCcustomers He doesn’t need to complete any form HMRC needs to read the letter with the facts that he is employed by a company and not self employed. He is away working so will not be able to call yourselves. This is the point of writing a letter that is recorded delivery then HMRC ignore
@HMRCgovuk why are you ignoring my son’s letter to you explaining he is not self employed when it has been sent recorded delivery and you have sent another tax demand. He can not get hold of you in the week as he is out at work. Your phone lines are always busy.
