Democrat Prosecutorial Misconduct Allegations Mount: The Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission is investigating Oakland County Prosecutor Karen McDonald for serious ethical violations in the Crumbley parents’ prosecutions.

The complaint - filed by respected retired prosecutor Nancy Diehl, who previously supported McDonald - states McDonald withheld exculpatory evidence (agreements shielding two key school employees from charges if they cooperated), used media interviews and a PR firm to prejudice the defendants and taint the jury pool, and even granted a TV crew access to her office while a gag order was in place.

When former allies like Diehl raise these alarms, it signals a profound breach of trust.

This fits a pattern. As I detailed previously, McDonald accepted over $86,000 in donations from a convicted killer’s family and associates, then failed to oppose downgrading his murder conviction - prompting the victim’s widow to allege pay-to-play (see https://t.co/45mE5SGRJM).

Under Democrat rule, activist prosecutors too often prioritize politics and headlines over ethics and due process. As Michigan’s next Attorney General, I’ll enforce aggressive oversight, protect due process, and deliver impartial justice.
