@TUIUK I proposed on holiday and would have tui for our wedding but why would I do that when you can't even look after 2 people and a baby your rude staff have no care in the world about it. Paid premium and had all upgrades and still poor service. tui needs to correct this at all costs

@TUIUK I'm not at the resort I'm in the UK. As stated I had to book and pay for taxi after hours in 40c sun with our baby. As tui never let us know. We found out ourselves. As no rep to be seen the whole 2 weeks. Staff at airport just walked off no help at all. Disgusting unsafe service

To be offered £100 transfer and £100 flight credit is unacceptable. I paid extra for a service I did not fully recive in cash and I paid for a replacement taxi in cash that you won't refund in full. Why would I travel with you again and what would £100 do I paid over £4k for hols

After another 30 mins on phone waiting for answer was told driver had accident is not coming also no replacement transport will be provided and we are to make our own way to airport and we will refund you. If I hadn't have initiative to do this we would still be there.

@JDSports why have a call centre when no one can answer your call. Delivery has not arrived was due sunday. Still not here and cant talk to anyone at evri either. What Terrible customer service. Good enough to grab money but not help.

@RishiSunak why have you made the dates to claim the 4th grant end of april to may. That clearly will not help self employed people like myself struggling to make rent payments and living costs. We are thankful help but when there announced then held back for 3 months it's hard.
