Its now been more than 30 days and my claim has still not been resolved. You dropping the ball on customer service. The is very disappointing.
@StandardBankZA Waiting for standard bank home loan division to respond to my request to change my debit order to another account.advised to send an email to requesting the move with new account details. No acknowledgment of request.this is really outdated procedures.
